Dr. Emmanouela Grypeou

Dr. Emmanouela Grypeou is University Lecturer at the Department of Ethnology, History of Religions and Gender Studies of the University of Stockholm. Her current research focuses on a comprehensive study of Christian eschatology from the beginnings of Christianity and up to the Middle Ages. More specifically, she is currently working on Eastern Christian eschatological texts and traditions that have circulated in Late Antiquity and Early Middle Ages.

She is editor of the second volume of the Beyond the Fathers series.
